A Cidade é feita de histórias. Uma cidade sem histórias, sem memórias, não é mais do que um aglomerado de construções, mais ou menos pintadas, mais ou menos degradadas, mais ou menos arruadas, e mais ou menos habitadas. A cidade, cresce e renasce, constrói-se e reconstrói-se. O que foi já não é, e o que é agora, já não o será depois. Na cidade, onde acontecem as histórias, cada minuto agora, é História no futuro. Cada página escrita, cada memória contada e preservada, é um tesouro de valor incalculável. No futuro, uma palavra simples, abre uma porta e desvenda um enigma do passado.
